Creative Cooking, Conscious Eating and Yoga retreat at Littleton Mill, Wiltshire
(9-11 August 2019)

Littleton Mill is a 17th-century Wiltshire water mill set in ten acres of woodland and meadow on Semington Brook. Join us for yoga, healthy eating and nutrition classes, great massages and a lot more! In this retreat you will take part in cooking classes that will help you to become more creative in the kitchen. You will learn how to put together meals that will be healthy, satisfying and fun to make. You will learn about macro-nutrient balance, times of the day for optimal digestion and assimilation, how stress affects digestion and why it's important to relax while eating. You will learn about common allergens in foods and how to easily avoid them as well as effective ways of balancing blood sugar. Daily yoga classes (and two on Saturday!) will also be part of the program. We will have a team of professional massage therapists on hand to give a variety of treatments.

Juice Fasting, Healthy Eating and Yoga Retreat, Yuva Retreat Centre, South-West Turkey
(30 September - 7 October 2019)

This peaceful, seaside location provides the perfect escape for relaxing and rejuvenating your body, mind and soul. You can spend time exploring the local area, swimming in the clear calm waters of the Mediterranean and indulging in massage, yoga and meditation. Yuva Retreat Centre is located directly on the coast, within a few minutes walk of the most divine turquoise seas and swimming spots. It is set away from busy towns and resorts and is cooled by the shade of olive and pine trees. All of the rooms and cabins, including the yoga studio afford magnificent views of the water. On this retreat guests will also have the option of following a healthy eating plan instead of a fasting diet. The menu will be gluten free and dairy free and guests will still have the option of taking part in the daily yoga and nutrition classes.
