This peaceful, seaside location provides the perfect escape for relaxing and rejuvenating your body, mind and soul. You can spend time exploring the local area, swimming in the crystal clear calm water of the Mediterranean and indulging in massage, yoga and meditation.

Yuva Retreat Centre is located directly on the coast, within a few minutes walk of the most divine turquoise seas, perfect for swimming and sunbathing. It is set away from busy towns and resorts and is cooled by the shade of olive and pine trees. All of the rooms and cabins, including the yoga studio afford magnificent views of the coast and all of the rooms have been recently renovated with new bathrooms and large patios with great seaviews.

The best way to get here is by air to Dalaman Airport. There are regular charter flights from many UK airports direct to Dalaman for 7 nights and Easyjet also has several flights a day from many UK airports.

More on the Retreat

Many people subject their bodies to harmful lifestyles and diets that inhibit the body’s ability to cleanse and heal. Eating a poor diet of processed foods clogs up the digestive system with waste materials and prevents our bodies from absorbing vital nutrients, which can lead to health problems over time. Fasting allows an incredibly effective cleansing process to take place in the body that reaches down to each and every cell and tissue. All your organs receive a well-deserved rest and a much-needed clear out. After 24 hours of not eating, the energy used for digestion is redirected towards clearing out waste matter, dead and damaged cells, gas, microbes, parasites and other toxins from your system. Without the chemical interference of stimulants like caffeine, nicotine, sugar and alcohol, your body is able to find a better natural balance.

A professional nutritional adviser will support you throughout the fasting process and optional one-to-one nutritional consultations will also be available for anyone wanting to go into more depth regarding their personal health story. During the fast you will consume organic fruit and vegetable juices, barley grass, vegetable broth and mineral supplements to provide you with the nutrients you need to nurture your body, as well as detoxifying herbs that will aid in the cleansing process. Psyllium husks will provide cleansing bulk and help stave off physical hunger. Self-administered organic coffee enemas are done once daily to help the body to eliminate toxins. Twice daily yoga are complemented by fun and informative classes on nutrition and healthy eating, sustainable living, meditation and happiness.

On this retreat guests will also have the option of following a healthy eating plan instead of a fasting diet. The menu will be gluten free and dairy free and guests will still have the option of taking part in the daily yoga and nutrition classes. A few days of fasting can also be integrated into your program. This option is for people who do not want to fast for the entire week. Just email us for more details.

More About our Yoga Teacher

Lys Wild has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. Her trainings have incorporated Contact Partner yoga, Amrit Hatha, Qi Gong and Yin Yoga. She is also a Shiatsu practitioner with an international practice and will be offering one-on-one Shiatsu sessions on the retreat. In her yoga teaching she brings unique insights into moving, balancing and strengthening the body with focused alignment. Her work at a Colonic Retreat Centre in the UK has given her extensive knowledge of nutrition, skeletal structure and organ health which she brings into her teaching and Shiatsu treatments.
