Nestled between two pine-clad rocky spurs tumbling steeply down into the Mediterranean, Cirali is a graceful arc of beach which is considered to be one of the most unspoiled in the Mediterranean.  Cirali is known for its natural beauty and cleanliness and is home to the Olympos Ruins, which are located directly on the beach, a 20 minute walk from the hotel.  The hotel is made up of 13 wooden bungalows, all with balconies and hammocks  hung in the citrus trees in front of each room.  The hotel is set in a 4.5 hectare certified organic orchard with 30 different types of fruit trees and herbs. The beach is less than 100 metres away and is accessed down a short sandy path where guests will be able to use free umbrellas and deckchairs.  As part of the program this year, our yoga teacher, Aysan Atil, as well as offering twice daily yoga classes, will be offering optional art therapy classes on two of the evenings.

More about the Retreat

A professional nutritional adviser will support you throughout the fasting process and optional one-to-one nutritional consultations will also be available for anyone wanting to go into more depth regarding their personal health story. During the fast you will consume organic fruit and vegetable juices, barley grass, vegetable broth and mineral supplements to provide you with the nutrients you need to nurture your body, as well as detoxifying herbs that will aid in the cleansing process. Psyllium husks will provide cleansing bulk and help stave off physical hunger. Self-administered organic coffee enemas are done once daily to help the body to eliminate toxins. Twice daily yoga are complemented by fun and informative classes on nutrition and healthy eating, sustainable living, meditation and happiness. More About our Yoga Teacher

Ayşen Atıl is an artist, yoga and meditation instructor and therapeutic art facilitator.

Art has always been a way for her to express herself. Ayşen began practicing yoga in 2013 and it has had a profound effect on her life.  Since then her research became more physical, psychological, and philosophical about human beings.  Yoga also helped her to realize how deep a human being can be. She has training in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Dance, Skinner Releasing Technique and Intuitive Art Therapy.

Her yoga classes combine Vinyasa, Yin, Free Movement, Dance and Somatic Experiencing with Hatha Yoga.

Intuitive Painting: In these classes, she presents and combines all of the above disciplines together with creativity and imagination in the painting process in order to process emotions and release long-held tensions in the body.
