Nestled between two pine-clad rocky spurs tumbling steeply down into the Mediterranean, Cirali is a graceful arc of beach which is considered to be one of the most unspoiled in the Mediterranean. Cirali is known for its natural beauty and cleanliness and is home to the Olympos Ruins, which are located directly on the beach, a 20 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is made up of 13 wooden bungalows, all with balconies and hammocks hung in the citrus trees in front of each room. The hotel is set in a 4.5 hectare certified organic orchard with 30 different types of fruit trees and herbs. The beach is less than 100 metres away and is accessed down a short sandy path where guests will be able to use free umbrellas and deckchairs. As part of the program this year,we will also be offering a 3.5 hour boat trip for the group to explore the beautiful coastline of southern Turkey....swimming off the boat in the crystal clear turquoise waters, watching sea turtles and enjoying the sunshine.

More about the Retreat
After several years of bringing our Juice Fasting and Yoga Retreats to this wonderful venue on the beach in Turkey, and after many requests from guests who would like to enjoy the lovely Mediterranean diet while spending time in this beautiful country, we have decided to offer this special week of yoga and delicious food. The program will include twice-daily yoga classes combined with healthy and delicious Turkish Mediterranean food, nutrition and healthy eating classes, a full day boat tour and other group excursions and activities.
More and more research is showing that the Mediterranean diet is an easy and effective way of reducing the risk of developing conditions like type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, inflammation and heart disease as well as an effective way of controlling one’s weight. There have been four meta-analyses of randomised controlled trials that have shown a greater reduction of body weight and BMI with the Mediterranean diet compared to other ways of eating. The diet emphasizes an abundance of healthy foods like olive oil, fresh fruits and vegetables, fish, nuts and legumes with no processed or refined foods. Throughout the week we will be enjoying loads of delicious food while at the same time exploring simple and effective ways to strengthen and improve digestion, absorption and elimination. Our health does not only depend only on what we eat but also on how much we digest and assimilate! Stress also plays a big part in our health journey and high stress levels can greatly impact our digestion. During this special week in Turkey you will have time to slow down and truly relax giving your body, your mind and your digestion a well-deserved rest and a complete health reset.
Note:* Fish will be served every second evening but if you are vegetarian just let us know. Gluten-free options will also be available and no refined sugar or processed foods will be served. Both breakfast and dinner will be substantial meals and we will not be serving lunch, but of course if you get hungry and would like to eat something that is up to you.
What’s not included:
- Travel to and from Antalya airport and airport transfer
- Massages and treatments
- Dinner at a beachside restaurant on the final night when we will all go out together
