Littleton Mill is a 17th-century Wiltshire water mill set in ten acres of woodland and meadow on Semington Brook. Its large yoga space looks out over the water. The perfect venue for relaxing and rejuvenating. The Mill is run entirely on renewable energy . It is just a few minutes away from the Kennet and Avon canal, a great place for walking, cycling or boating.

Wiltshire is an ancient county of unspoiled quiet beauty. Littleton is located between the villages of Semington and Seend. The nearest towns are Trowbridge (10 minutes), Chippenham (15 minutes), Bath (20 minutes), and Melksham (5 minutes). Our prices include accommodation at Littleton Mill, all classes, and all food and drink. Massages and travel costs are not included. There are only five guest rooms available at Littleton Mill. More on the Retreat

This detox programme is a gentle, yet deep cleanse for your body and mind. This programme is different from our more intensive juice fasting retreat. This retreat begins with 2 days of healthy eating with a large element of delicious raw and vegan foods to assist the body to detoxify, followed by 2 days of juice fasting. On the final, fifth day of the retreat you will break the fast with fresh fruits and vegetables. Throughout the 5 day programme you will be drinking fruit and vegetable juices, barley grass and taking detoxifying herbs to assist the body with eliminating toxins. The detox will be complemented by gentle exercise classes, yoga and meditation. You will also take part in nutrition and kitchen classes. The idea of this programme is to give you a comprehensive toolkit to start implementing long lasting and meaningful changes. You will leave feeling relaxed and energised.

Our exercise and yoga classes are designed to work to all levels of experience. We will assess you in advance of booking so we can tailor the course according to each individual need. The menu for the first two days is focused on optimum nutrition while cutting out toxins such as refined sugars, caffeine, alcohol, meat and dairy to give your digestive system a chance to cleanse. This is not about starving, and calorie counting: the food on the first two days is delicious and plentiful but nutritious. Classes on nutrition and healthy eating will give you the knowledge you need to integrate healthier eating habits into your lifestyle. Kitchen classes will teach you to prepare delicious healthy dishes.

During the two days of fasting you will consume organic fruit and vegetable juices, barley grass and vegetable broth to provide you with the vitamins and minerals you need to nurture your body, and detoxifying herbs will aid in the cleansing process. Psyllium husks will provide cleansing bulk and help stave off physical hunger. Self-administered enemas are done twice daily to help the body to eliminate toxins.
