This peaceful and rustic seaside location provides a great escape for relaxing and rejuvenating your body, mind and soul. Located directly on the Lycian Way, a 500 kilometre waymarked hiking trail, Faralya Botanica is a short ten minute walk from the turquoise seas of the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas.. The sea here is crystal clear and perfect for swimming. Healthy eating classes, massage, yoga and meditation will all be part of the program. There are beautiful seaviews from all rooms at the centre.

The best way to get here is by air to Dalaman Airport. There are regular charter flights from many UK airports direct to Dalaman. Easyjet, Monarch and BA are also good options. Before you book your flight, let us know which flights you are thinking of booking and we will let you know what flights the other guests are arriving on so that we can coordinate your transfers to the venue.

Keep in mind that this property is simple and rustic. It does not have a swimming pool, but there is a pool 5 minutes down the road that Botanica guests can use and the sea is a short ten minute walk away as well. This area of Turkey is very very safe and is perfect for hiking, swimming and sailing.

Most people subject their bodies to harmful lifestyles and diets that inhibit the body's ability to cleanse and heal. Eating a poor diet of processed foods clogs up the digestive system with waste materials and prevents our bodies from absorbing vital nutrients, which can lead to health problems over time. Fasting allows an incredibly effective cleansing process to take place in the body that reaches down to each and every cell and tissue. All your organs receive a well-deserved rest and a much-needed clear out. After 24 hours of not eating, the energy used for digestion is redirected towards clearing out waste matter, dead and damaged cells, blood gas, microbes, parasites and other toxins from your system. Without the chemical interference of stimulants like caffeine, nicotine, sugar and alcohol, your body is able to find a better natural balance.

A professional nutritional adviser will support you throughout the fasting process. During the fast you will consume organic fruit and vegetable juices, spirulina and vegetable broth to provide you with the vitamins and minerals you need to nurture your body, and detoxifying herbs will aid in the cleansing process. Psyllium husks will provide cleansing bulk and help stave off physical hunger. Self-administered enemas are done twice daily to help the body to eliminate toxins. Daily yoga is complemented by fun and informative classes on nutrition and healthy eating, sustainable living, meditation and happiness.
